love

Humboldt has been a blast. Here are a couple more pictures of friends and Amara running around crazy. Today we are going to the farmers market and all Amara keeps asking for are Fava Beans. We went last week and she ate the whole bag in a day. It's been beautiful here with overcast mornings and sunshine in the afternoons. Everywhere we go people are so friendly and engage us in conversation. Feeling refreshed, busy, and joyful. Love to all. Looking forward to daddy being here next week. Positive thoughts to him as he takes his exam Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. WE love and support you Daniel/ Daddy!!!!

The pics are of the girls meeting great grandparents, Amara chasing birds on the plaza, and a reunion with Joellen at Sun Valley with my sister.

one last pic of my angels

and the show must go on......

Well, the Duke family has been sick for the last few days. However, life does go on and with two little ones that don't want to rest, we have been pretty busy. Here are a few pictures from the last few days. The one of Amara doing gymnastics was a little over a week ago. We also went to the Pride festival here in Fresno and Amara insisted on dressing up in her princess costume. She actually wanted to wear the skunk costume, but with 95 degree weather, I thought it would be too hot. Enjoy!

Amaras last dance class

Here are pictures from Amara's last dance class. It's pretty cute to see a bunch of little girls in their ballet uniforms. This was Amara's second semester of dance class and she had a lot of fun. Enjoy the photos. A cute little story unrelated to dance....Amara was looking into my eyes and asking what color my eyes were. I asked her to tell me and as she got closer she said that they were green, blue, black, and white. Then with a puzzled look on her face she got even closer staring real intently into my eyes and said, "mom theres a picture in your eye." I asked her what it was and she said that it was a picture of Amara. Pretty darn cute....
